Q. Do I have to pay for photos on photo day?
A. Yes, payment is required on photo day. Team coaches/managers should be passing out blank order forms a few weeks in advance. These should be completed in advance and brought, along with payment, on photo day. Additional copies of forms are downloadable from your club/organizations own web site or the Team Photo Day section of this web site.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Cash or checks are accepted. The NJSP check-in table will have change available on photo day. Checks are made payable to “NJ Sports Photo.”
Q. Can I pay with one check for all my children?
A. Yes, please bring all the completed forms and check to the check-in/payment table together.
Q. What if I have a problem with my order after I receive it?
A. While we strive for perfection occasionally something slips through. Please contact us at support@njsportsphoto.com or call 973-998-0497 and let us know what we need to do to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. In addition to your name and address, all calls or correspondence must include the name of the organization, photo date, and the “frame number” that is on the top right hand corner of your order form that you will receive back with your photos. Without the frame number it is impossible for us to find your original photo.
Q. What’s a memory mate?
A. Please visit the “Products” section of this web site for details on all products however; a memory mate is a cardboard frame that holds the 5x7 team photo and 3x5 individual portraits for presentation. We also offer digital memory mates which have sport specific backgrounds, presenting the team and individual images on one sheet. Some examples of these can also be found in the products section.
Q. Can I wait to see if I like the photo before placing an order?
A: Unfortunately that is not possible. We work on a pre-pay basis, and you need to place an order and make payment first. However all work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're unhappy we’ll be happy to re-shoot at your request.
Q. Can I re-order additional photos or specialty items after photo day?
A. Yes. If we have not loaded your club/organizations photos on the web site already just email us with the frame number from the top right hand corner of your original order form. Once we receive this information we will post the photo on-line so that you may order additional items. This information can be emailed to us at support@njsportsphoto.com.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders are typically returned 2-3 weeks after photo day. We pride ourselves on our quality as well as our quick turn around.
Q. Do you also do action and/or game photos?
A. Absolutely! We are full service sports photography organization and are available for sporting events as well as other personal or corporate functions. We are happy to do action/game photos for teams, clubs or individuals. Samples of some of our work can be found in the Galleries section of the website.
